3 Sets of 5 or more

Pulls, Presses and Muscle Variations of the lifts


Snatch ([email protected],[email protected],[email protected]%)

High Hang Snatch w/ No Foot Movement (4×3 @60%)

Set up in Power Position w/ feet in Squat Position. Perform a Snatch without letting your feet lose contact with the ground throught the lift.

Snatch Duck Walk (3 sets of 3 – )

Overhead Squat the Bar into the bottom position. 3 Steps Forward and 3 steps backward = 1 rep
Find a good weight and complete all sets at same weight
