Use foam roller, lacrosse ball and bands to work on full ROM

Weightlifting

Deadlift (4×8 @ 5-10lbs under 8 rep maxR)

rest as needed

Split Squats (4×8)

100 KB Swings (Load) (Weight)

Make note of the weight that you have used for this wod.
Use the same weight as last week. Try to finish in less sets
