Complete 100 KB Swings while focusing on good form. Make a note of how long it takes to do this but DO NOT RUSH>
If you finished under 5 min last week, go up in weight. If you finished under 5 with the 70 then do 100 kb cleans (50 on each arm). Add performance and select the 100 kb cleans wod from benchmark wods
