DB KB OH walking lunges

4 sets of 10 reps

Metcon (Weight)

High Pulls

5 sets of 5 reps each side

Metcon (No Measure)

Ring Push ups

5 sets of 5 reps
Focus on stabilization and muscle contraction. If you can not continue with remaining reps, replace with a plank positing for 10 seconds.
