Snatch Grip Deadlift (3×10 @65% of Snatch 1RM)

Perform a Snatch Extension without bending the arms. This should be the same as a Snatch Pull without the arm pull.

Turkish Get Up (3×3 on Each Arm @ Moderate weight)
