5 Pushup into Side Plank into Side Plank Knee To Elbow – Each Side

5 Pike Hops Forward

5 Pike Hops Backwards

10 Scapular Pull ups

10 Strict Twisting Knee Raises

Malecon (Weight)

5 Rounds – Not For Time

3 x KB Snatch + OH Lunge + P. Press – One Side at a time

10 Strict Pull ups/Chin Ups
Go Heavy but ONLY WITH PERFECT FORM.

Form IS PRIORITY.

RX only if you can perform all the Pullups as Prescribed

Cool Down 3 (No Measure)

5x Childs Pose into Cobra

45 Seconds each side – Prone Spinal Twist

Banded Shoulder stretches- 1 min each side
