Warm-up (No Measure)
Slamball Crawl Relay
Teams Move slamballs from one side of the gym to the other and back performing 5 slamball squat cleans then running the ball across to the other side and crawling back. Next player crawls to the ball, performs 5 squat cleans and runs the ball back. All slam balls must go there and back to end the game. Team that gets all the balls back first wins
