Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
Part 1
Stone 2 Shoulder Ladder
Each athlete has one minute at each stone to attempt to get the stone from the ground to your the shoulder. Looking to find your Heaviest Stone. Your Score is the weight of the heaviest stone you got to your shoulder. You will receive half a score for getting a stone to your lap and fail to get it to your shoulder.

Part 2
Stone 2 Shoulder Amrap
Each athlete will have 2min to get as many stones to shoulder in that time. Your total will be total volume lifted so you can pick the weight you want to use for the AMRAP.
