Purgers complete

6 Rounds For Time

10 Pullups

20 Pushups

30 Air Squats

Runners complete

4 Rounds For Time

10 WallBalls 20/16

10 Pushups

10 Air Squats

200 M Run

Purgers go out to catch runners after every round completed. Runners can only be caught running away from the box, not returning. If a runner is caught they must stop and do 30 Air Squats after which they can run back to the box to continue their wod.

Purgers who catch someone return to the box to finish their wod but they get to skip the air squat on the next round every time they catch some one.
