Standing Arm Circles (forward and backward)

Standing Side Stretch

2x Push-up to Side Plank

Downward Facing Dog & walk the dog

Plank to Scapula Work

Relaxed Forward Fold

5 Donkey Kicks

5 Jump Forward


An active 10 minute review of the wod’s movements will be given. Use your working weight and pull up progression of choice. You will be evaluated during this time and your coach will make any necessary adjustment in your weight or progressive movements. Be smart, have fun, stay on the level.
