5 sumo squats 3 second hold

hip opener 2 minute each side

Press

Press into sit up

Press into half get up

Turkish get up

into 5 swings

into 4 cleans

into 2 snatches

into reverse get up
Complete this sequence 5 times on each arm

Cool Down

psoas smash

glute smash

leg smash

lacrosse ball angels and roll out
