BattleCry Warm-Up (No Measure)
1- Arm Circles , Torso Rotation and Knee Raises
2- High Reach, Forward Fold and Toe Reach
3- Air Squat Into Sumo Stretch

3 Person Versus Wod
You Must Try to Beat Your Team mates/ Opponents
50 Burpees
50 KB Snatches
50 Goblet Squats
50 Box Jumps
50 Wall Balls
Burpees are done at the same time. Who ever finishes first gets to start the snatches first but not until the other people are done with their burpees.
From there on the athletes switch whenever the other athlete stops for a break. Athletes are to go in the order in which they completed the burpees. You must let the next person go once you break. If an athlete stops and the other person isnt ready to go in a 5 count then the next athlete may go.
First to finish becomes President.
