Mobility Warm up (No Measure)

Use foam roller, lacrosse ball and bands to work on full ROM

Back Squat (4×10)

Perform 2 warm up sets building up to a working load then complete 4 sets at the same weight. Focus on keeping a neutral spine and full range of motion

Dillard (AMRAP – Reps)

6 Min Emom

Min A – Split Jumps

Min B – Air Squats

Modify with Lunges if needed
