1 min seated butterfly
1 min happy baby pose
cobra pose into downward dog 4x
Spinal twist 1 minute hold each side
Cindy (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
20-Minute AMRAP of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
Don’t Aim for a PR. Just move at a moderate pace. It is deload week
