Calves and Feet (Smash, Roll, etc…)

Animal Crawl

Pausing Back Squat (4×[email protected])

Pause for a 3 count at the bottom

2k Row (Time)

Max Effort 2k Row

3 Person Team 2k Row (Time)

2k row – switch as necessary
