5 Hand Walk Outs

Stone 2 Shoulder (5×3)

Find a medium to heavy weight and complete all 5 sets of 3 at that weight. 2-3 seconds between reps is acceptable;

Jumping Squats


Split Jumps

8 Rounds of 20 sec on, 10 sec off of each of the listed movements. Finish all 8 rounds of each move before moving on to the next. Modify as needed
