Ankle and Hip Mobilization techniques for depth in the squat and overall mojo.

Snatch from floor w/ 3 sec pause above knee (2×[email protected], 2×[email protected]%, 3×[email protected]%, 3×[email protected]%)

Front Rack Lunge (1×10, 1×8, 3×6 )

Build over first two sets then stay at same weight for the last 3 sets. DO NOT USE MAXIMAL WEIGHT. Keep it very manageable. Count reps as (1,2)

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

6 Min Amrap- Pace yourself, Don’t go hard.
