Plank hold warm up (No Measure)

5x 1 minute plank

Skill Work

Single arm strict press evaluation (Weight)

5×5 single arm press each arm

Using a light weight for the 1st and 2nd set, a moderate weight for the 3rd and 4th set, a heavier weight for the 5th set. We will be moving as a group. DO NOT START WITHOUT COACH GO AHEAD.
Log any corrections needed or drills suggested. Remark in notes whether different kg were used for same reps on each arm or not.
