CrossFit BattleCry – CrossFit

The CrossFit Warm-up (No Measure)

3 rounds of 10-15 reps of:
Samson Stretch (15-30 seconds)
Overhead Squat with PVC
Sit-ups
Back-extensions
Pull-ups
Dips

Suitcase Deadlift (3×10 on both sides using KB)

Use same weigth for all sets

LITB (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

20 Min Amrap

30 Lunges

20 Inverted Bar Rows

10 Thrusters with Db 35/20

10 Box Dips

Do not work fast. Rest a little between exercises. Just stay active for 20 min

Cool Down 1 (No Measure)

-5 ea. side Lunge and Reach

-Leg on Box Hamstring -Stretch for 30 sec. each

-twisting bar hang 20 sec.

-Wall ball straddle stretch for 2 min
