2x Side Plank max hold
Wrist rolls, finger stretches & golf ball palm smash
Peanut Angels and roll out
2 Minutes jump rope
3×8 double racked single hand swings each side
(8 left/8 right= 1 set DO THIS 3 TIMES)
5X8 moderate double overhead squat w/ 100m sprint after each set.
1 minute rest after the sprint.
log weight. Dumbells may be used in place of kettlebells. If the overhead position is not within PROPER range of motion a double racked front squat is the alternative.
