10 Reverse Turkish get ups (get downs)

(5 each side)
Start from the standing over head position. Perform each movement of the Turkish Get up in reverse. (Get downs)

Metcon (5 Rounds for time)

5 Rounds for time

20 push press

20 swings

20 burpees
Complete each round individually for time. Rest 2 minutes between each round. Log weight.
