10 pull ups/ bar hang

20 situps/ boat pose

30 pushups/ plank hold

50 KB Swing/ single bell overhead hold 53/35

First round athlete A does the all movements while athlete B does all the static holds. Next round B does movements while A does static holds. Continue alternating until all rounds are completed. The athlete doing the static holds must be in postition before the other can start moving. If at any point they come out of the hold their partner must stop moving til they get back into the hold.
