Upper body Warm Up (No Measure)

4 Rounds

6 Hand Walk Outs

12 Ring Rows

Weightlifting

Single Arm Dumbell Press (3 Sets of 8 on each arm. One arm at a time)

Pull-ups (3×15)

Perform after each set of Presses. Use a band if needed.
