Hip opener 2 min hold ea leg

wrist fold and roll

Snatch Balance (5×1 @65%)

Metcon (Weight)

10 Stone to shoulder

50 M Wheel Barrow
go light. just move.

next week we will kick ass!

Cool Down 1 (No Measure)

-5 ea. side Lunge and Reach

-Leg on Box Hamstring -Stretch for 30 sec. each

-twisting bar hang 20 sec.

-Wall ball straddle stretch for 2 min
