Some times when we are in the middle of things we forget
why we are doing them in the first place.
The desire for progress and personal evolution gives in to the discomfort we
must endure to achieve it.
Why do we train? Why do we challenge ourselves?
The reasons may change mid course but once you start you have to find a way to see it through.
Commitment and perseverance are the cornerstones of every endeavor.
Suffering is part of the journey. Motivation will wane.
Learn to find comfort in knowing that every obstacle you
overcome brings you closer to success.
